2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

3. Account Access

Users may access the Platform using supported third-party login providers including Google and GitHub.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials.

4. User Content

Users may upload resumes and participate in AI-generated mock interviews.

Users acknowledge and consent that interview audio and transcripts may be recorded and stored for platform functionality, analytics, and service improvement purposes.

You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to uploaded content
  • Your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights

5. Payments

Certain features require prepaid one-time payments for interview attempts.

All pricing is displayed prior to payment confirmation.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable law.

7. AI Services Disclaimer

The Platform uses artificial intelligence technologies including OpenAI models and voice AI systems.

AI-generated interview questions, responses, evaluations, or recommendations may:

  • Contain inaccuracies
  • Be incomplete
  • Produce unexpected results

The Platform is intended solely for interview preparation purposes and does not guarantee employment outcomes.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Misuse the Platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer the Platform
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious or infringing content

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, software, and related materials are owned by TechVerito Software Solutions LLP or its licensors.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechVerito Software Solutions LLP shall not be liable for:

Courts located in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
