The Platform uses AI-powered voice interaction during mock interviews. User audio recordings and interview transcripts may be stored for service functionality, interview analysis, quality improvement, troubleshooting, and user experience enhancement.

The Platform may use AI models and providers including OpenAI models and other third-party AI systems to generate interview interactions, feedback, and conversational responses.
